Want to challenge yourself, deepen your practice and feel great?
We are running a 21 Day Winter challenge to assist students with the effects winter can have both on the body and the mind.
The 21 Day Winter Challenge is open to anyone who wishes to beat the winter blues, re-boot, and detox whilst building strength, inner resolve, and feeling great.
21 days is all you need to create new habits and build a refreshed, nourished, and healthier YOU.
To participate in the 21 Day Challenge you need to commit:
6 days practice a week, this may include yin yoga, pilates, vinyasa, hatha and meditation.
1 rest day per week throughout the duration of the challenge.
Daily inspiration direct to your inbox.
1 day fast and detox.
Facebook community support group.
Daily themed classes.
