Over the past decade yoga has risen in popularity and is now a household name for overall mental and physical health and fitness. Yet, due to misconceptions like yoga being only for flexible, hippy types or yoga 'is too hard', a lot of people are still hesitant to step into a class.

These misconceptions just aren't true! Anyone can practice yoga and begin to feel the amazing health benefits in a short amount of time. All you need is the willingness to give it a go, to practice regularly and to have some fun!
