This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience from absolute beginners through to those with an established yoga practice. Gina Funke is an experienced yoga teacher who has hosted retreats and workshops for over 20 years. Her love and dedication to the practice of yoga, and her expansive knowledge of meditation, support her in creating safe, potent and inspiring experiences to encourage transformation, healing and connection.

The early morning meditation will set the enriching theme for the day, followed by an all levels flow yoga class curated to energise, uplift and put a spring of joy in your step. The sunset yoga sessions will be a seamless blend of restorative, yin and gentle yoga which will relax and settle you for a calm evening and peaceful sleep. Gina will be supported by the lovely and warm Di Mizzi, one of the Mudita Yoga Studio teachers.

The workshops will be experiential and enlightening, including a guide on how to deepen your personal yoga and wellness journey, even when not on retreat.

You will leave our magical retreat feeling awakened and restored, in tune with your body and mind, and better equipped to manage the daily stressors of a busy and active life.

Typical Daily Program:

6.00am: Sunrise meditation.

8am: Energising morning yoga practice.

9am: Breakfast.

10am: Workshop.

12 - 5pm: Lunch followed by free time to explore, relax, take a walk or bike ride, or even squeeze in another massage. This time is yours.

5pm: Evening gentle yoga practice.

6-8pm: Dinner and sunset watching.

8pm: Evening program
